One Preston Station, featuring a unique mid-century-style service station as the leasing center, anchors the southern edge of the revitalized Celina Downtown. Property was completed 4Q23 and is now stabilized with above pro forma rents.
Createscape Coworking, Austin, TX
Sunbeam has an equity position in Createscape Coworking, one of Austin’s most unique coworking spaces since 2014. Createscape offers private offices, meeting rooms, open desks, dedicated desks, and membership levels with call rooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces to serve approximately 150 members, all in an amenity-rich East Austin neighborhood.
Ventana at Valwood Apartments, Farmers Branch, TX
Sunbeam is a Limited Partner with Catalyst Equity Partners in the value-add 265-unit Ventana at Valwood Apartments in Farmers Branch, a northern suburb of Dallas. The property remains competitive in a mature ring suburb market.
Mill Old Town, Lewisville, TX
Sunbeam is Strategic Partner and Co-General Partner with J street Companies for the recent development of Mill Old Town, an urban-infill apartment community anchoring the revitalized downtown Lewisville, a large suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth. This elevator-served Class A apartment has 213-units that serve as the southern gateway to Main Street, just two blocks removed. This property delivered in 2024 and is fully stabilized.
The Overlook, Charlotte, North Carolina
Sunbeam is a limited partner with Live Oak development in a 224-unit multifamily development across the street from Lowe's national headquarters and overlooking Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina. This Class AA community will be completed mid-2026.
